REGISTRATION, TUITION AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE FEES
2017-18 SCHOOL YEAR
A Student is not registered until all registration forms and fees are received in the office.
Anyone registering a new student must meet with the Principal and provide a birth certificate, grade reports, discipline reports and test scores and be prepared to take a brief placement test.
Tuition is paid in ten installments from August-May. All parents are required to make payments to FACTS. If tuition is paid by check, tuition will be due on the first of the month. If debited from your checking accounts, you may choose from 5 dates to have payments deducted. A $25.00 late fee is assessed for late payments.

Fundraiser Commitment: $200.00 ($100.00 due Oct’31st 2017/$100 due Mar’31st 2018)
****Active, Supporting Holy Family Parishioner Rate: In order to receive the Active, Supporting Holy Family Parishioner Rate, a family must be registered with the Holy Family Parish Office and support the parish regularly through volunteering, attending Mass and parish events and using Sunday envelopes on a regular basis. The Pastor has the final decision in all tuition rate matters.
