Celebrating Their Faith

Morning and Afternoon Prayer
Each day in assembly, students come together in prayer before beginning each day. Students close each school with group prayer.

Weekly Mass
Students attend Mass each week in the Ursuline Chapel. Each week, a different class takes the lead and participates in the Mass by reading, bringing up the gifts, ushering, and singing in the choir.

Blessing of the Pets
Each year, celebrating the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, students bring their pets to school for the Blessing of the Pets.

Stations of the Cross
During Lent, students participate in stations of the cross.

Preparation for the Sacraments
In 2nd Grade, students prepare for their First Communion.

Living Rosary
Each year, students celebrate a living rosary.

Nativity Pageant
Each Christmas season, elementary and middle-school students re-enact Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem.

Each year, the 4th Grade, led by Sr. Barbara Ann, celebrate the lives of the Saints.

St. Joseph Altar
Students of Italian Heritage celebrate the Sicilian Tradition of the St. Joseph Altar, following the celebration of Mass on St. Joseph’s Feast Day.
